1. The service

Rensulab (“the service”) is provided by VierTwee (G.W.J. Bruinsma), Loseweg 46, 7315 BG Apeldoorn, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 50474081). It is a browser-based training tool for skill-move inputs in football video games. Rensulab is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc.

2. Free use and licences

The free version may be used by anyone for personal, non-commercial training. Player, Team and Research licences are granted per organisation for the number of seats and the period stated on the order. A seat is one activated device; you can free a seat by deactivating the device. Licence keys are personal to the licensee and may not be shared or resold.

3. Fair use

Do not attempt to circumvent licence checks, overload the service, or use it to collect data about others without their consent. We may suspend licences that are misused.

4. Accuracy

Skill-move inputs are based on the best available information; the game can change them in updates. Moves marked “verify in-game” are uncertain. The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee results in matches.

5. Research and citizen science

Participation in citizen-science studies is voluntary and governed by the study’s own information letter and consent. Research licensees are responsible for ethical approval and informed consent of their participants.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data stored on your own device.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail to licensees. Licences end at the end of their term unless renewed.

8. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the District Court of Gelderland (Rechtbank Gelderland), unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
